All packages come with my promise to work diligently and do all I can for you! In return, I request that all my clients share some of their photos and/or videos, as well as a testimonial or review, so that I can showcase my work on my portfolio. 

All prices are approximate, negotiable, and will vary depending on the time and effort put into each project.

The Signature Package

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING PACKAGE

Includes:

  • Hands-on planning from start to finish

  • Vendor coordination and timeline management

  • Budget development and tracking throughout the planning process

  • Design and décor concept creation tailored to your vision

  • Detailed day‑of itinerary and on‑site coordination

  • Communication with all vendors and participants leading up to the event

  • Management and facilitation of the event day of

  • Post‑event wrap‑up and clean-up

ESTIMATED BASE PRICING: $500

The Elevated Package

PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE

  • Planning support for the last couple of months leading up to the wedding

  • Timeline management

  • Budget review

  • Finalization of design and décor details

  • Detailed day‑of itinerary and on‑site coordination

  • Last‑minute communication and confirmation with all vendors and participants 

  • Management and facilitation of the event on the day of

  • Post‑event wrap‑up and clean-up

ESTIMATED BASE PRICING: $300

The Essentials Package

DAY-OF COORDINATION

Includes:

  • Vendor coordination on the day of the event

  • Execution of your design and décor concept

  • Detailed day‑of itinerary and on‑site coordination

  • Management and facilitation of the event day of

  • Post‑event wrap‑up and clean-up

  • Rehearsal dinner management

  • 2 Hours of consultation prior to the day of the event

ESTIMATED BASE PRICING: $200

The Ever After Design Package

DÉCOR PLANNING PACKAGE

Includes:

  • Initial meeting to discuss your event vision & budget

  • Full decor plan created to encompass your vision 

  • Second meeting to discuss my ideas 

  • Décor items purchased within your budget
  • Execution of the décor plan on the day of the event

As the coordinator of the Grand Rapids 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, it has been a pleasure working with Isabella over the past eight years. During this time our event has more than tripled in attendance, as well as funds raised for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

 

Isabella is diligent, proficient, and eager to learn. This has allowed her to take on additional responsibility each year and learn all aspects of our event. She’s worked on marketing and promotion leading up to our event, operations the day of our event, and manages our social media platform throughout the year. I can trust that anything Isabella is working on will be done well.
